I like the flavor of these bars. Protein... check. no fattening granola... check. these are great portable snacks with crunch. no need for chips when I have these in my desk.

These bars are delicious!! Not sure that they are the highest thing in protein, but they have lots of nuts and that's good!

It's rare that I write a negative review from Amazon but here it is. We first bought the Kirkland Signature Nut bars in a Costco store in Canada and could only find them online at Amazon when we returned to the states. We loved then in Canada and were looking forward to eating them again. We are very disappointed! They are hard and stale and the nuts taste old. The box label says best if used by Jan 2019 so I can only guess it must have been how they were stored somewhere along the line. It's a shame there is no option to return a poor quality food product on Amazon.

Higher in protein and fiber that some others. Delicious if a little bit hard / crunchy. The are a diet staple for me now.
