Love these! I don't take a lot of supplements, but I started taking this one about a year ago in preparation for a spinal fusion. My surgery was 11 months ago, and I've recovered nicely. I'm sure a lot of the credit is due to my amazing surgeon, but I will give some to this supplement. My first spinal fusion was at age 14 for scoliosis, and it took a long time to heal. I wasn't allowed to run or jump for a year, and I distinctly remember my bones feeling achy many months after surgery. This time, I decided to take a supplement as I reasoned that I'm not making bone as fast as when I was younger (I'm 33 now). Even my surgeon was impressed with how quickly I recovered. 4 months after surgery, I enrolled in a nursing assistant class and finished the class and clinicals without any problems. By 7 months post-surgery, I was working full-time as a CNA, bending, lifting, and assisting patients. I'm still taking this daily and will probably continue for another 6 months or so.

The label on Amazon claims these tablets contain vitamin k2 but the bottle I received does not include that information on the label. Very disappointed. Need the calcium so not returning but don't understand why the labeling is not the same.

Broke my thumb in a car accident so I brought this product primarily To help with bettering my bone healing after I started taking it my nails have never grown this long in my entire life, my whole life I’ve been looking for supplements or oils to make my nails strong enough that they won’t break and will grow fast and long and out of nowhere this is the only solution that I’ve had and I wasn’t even looking for it . I bruise a lot i bruise like a peach and ever since I started taking these I haven’t been bruising as much as I usually do which is a big thing because I bruise just by tapping my arm Lol. 10/10 I recommend

If you’re looking to strengthen your bones and want a supplement that includes vitamin K2, which helps your body deliver the calcium to your bones and not other parts of your body, then look elsewhere. Apparently they changed the Bone Strength formula and decided not to tell their Amazon customers that it no longer includes vitamin K2 even though the description and label shown on Amazon says it’s included. I contacted their customer service and they basically ignored my question as to why it’s no longer in the formula, even though it says so on Amazon. Hopefully they’ll update it, but until then buy at your own risk if you want a formula with vitamin K in it.
