Easy to put together and great customer service. I was able to put it together by myself and it was perfect except for 2 missing pieces. I contacted the sellers and they sent the parts right out. It's a tunnel to give extra heat to my tomatoes and it's working perfectly. Sturdy enough to cover with plastic and hold up to our summer weather here in the pacific NW. Highly recommend this product.

The frame was easy to assemble by myself although another set of hands would have made it a little easier. I did have one mis-marked part where I substituted pvc but I contacted the seller and they sent out the correct piece within a day. Very very impressed with the customer service.

Easy to assemble but it does not withstand the strong Texas winds. The tubing is about 1 inch diameter and thin walled. I wonder if diangle bracing for the corners might help.

The first hard wind almost tore it up. I caught it in time and reenforced it right away with some poles inside of the greenhouse. The frame was bent from the wind.

We are using it to keep the birds from eating all our blueberries. We discovered that adding bungee cords each side of the frame gave it more stability.

Used to cover tomatoes last year. Adding an additional cover for next year. Make sure to use correct netting.

I wanted to build a hoop house to keep chickens through the winter and this was available in the desired size. It went together pretty easily although I needed a helper for assembly.It is rather fragile. I decided to reinforce it by using cattle fence zip-tied to the frame. Furthermore, I used 2x2s to frame each end. I think it will make it through the winter but I am doubtful it will last for next year. One welded T joint was partially broken but I managed to use it anyway.This kit saved me a day's work over building using conduit. I think a conduit frame would cost more in parts too. I wish I had spent the extra time and money.

If I could give BenefitUSA a minus rating, I would. I ordered a 20x10x7 greenhouse frame from them. When it was delivered, it was apparent from the patched together cardboard box it was delivered in that the frame was repackaged from the original packaging. So, the item was returned from another customer then shipped to me. I opened the box and began inventorying all parts as we were going to be assembling the greenhouse fame in May. There were two pieces of frame missing. I can hardly believe I would receive someone’s cast off merchandise with not only scratches on the frame parts but two pieces actually missing so that the frame becomes totally unusable. The frame is sold as “New” and not “Open Box.” I am completely disgusted with the lack of quality care given to a repackaged product and the fraud they thought would go unnoticed. Of course, the frame is being returned. This company is on my radar and I will never waste my time with them again.
