Very nice key fob
I bought this key fob for my 2013 Cadillac XTS. It looks great, and works just fine. I watched a YouTube video on how to program the new fob which does come with a working battery. I then took the new key fob and blank key up to Batteries plus and they carved out a new key with the old key from my old fob. Batteries plus charged me $20 for that service. It’s a very big savings by doing this and not going to the Cadillac dealer. Now I have two working key fobs and two emergency keys. Very happy.

Very satisfied. Exceeded all expectations
Excellent product. Reasonably priced, arrived on time and functions as advertised. Following car owners manual instructions and you tube videos (there are many), was able to program in a few minutes. Comes with blank key that matches original and for about $50 you can have it cut at a locksmith to have extra key in addition to the fob.

Good product
Couldn’t program myself. Had to take to dealer to program. Still good value.

Was very hard to program and works very sporadically
I finally programmed this key to the car after several failed attempts. It ended up syncing with the car but doesn't start the car unless it's placed in the cradle at the bottom of the center console. My original key still works fine so it's not an issue with the car.

Change battery in fob before you program
Bought one was easy to program and ordered 2 more. I was able to program the second one with no problems. On the third one I couldn't get it to work. Tried 3 more times with no luck. None of the buttons would work. Was going to return it the next day. I decided I would try putting the fob in program pocket to see if car would start and that worked. Got me thinking the battery in the fob might be dead and changed it.that took care of the problem. To finish programing the fob you need to press the lock or unlock button. If you buy one of these fobs I suggest you change the battery before you try to program

Works for 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0 Even though more buttons
Worked for 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0.Programming steps:1) Remove door key cap and turn key 5 times counter clockwise (dashboard will display “Ready to Learn Remote 3) - number could be different based on number or programmed keys2) place key fob in the hole near the charging port in the console. I included photo of the hole in my console. The key release should face away from the front of the car. (Leave it in there for up to 10mins, I left it less than a minute)3) Remove and press the lock or unlock button and it should work, if it doesn’t, repeat steps 1&2.4) Hold engine start button for 12 seconds to exit programming. Start the car.

Simple and easy, will purchase again.
Arrived quickly, took me about 5-10mins to review the online instructions for my 2013 SRX complete the programming. I did have to touch the center console touchscreen to wake up the DIC, but once awake it indicated that it was ready to program the new FOB. Very easy! Also, the new FOB has the same look and feel as the OEM. Note the the battery comes installed so you don't have to take it apart to install one!
